Booking & Payment
  • 50% deposit required to confirm booking.
  • Balance payable 14 days before travel.
  • Pesapal payments attract 3.5% processing fee.
Transportation
Transport is provided using safari minivans or 4×4 Land Cruiser Jeeps with pop-up roofs, depending on itinerary and group size.
Cancellation & Amendments
In the event of cancellation or amendment, the following refund policy applies and these refunds are subject to recoverable costs from suppliers and park authorities.
  • 60–30 days: 80% refund
  • 30–15 days: 50% refund
  • 15–7 days: 30% refund
  • Less than 7 days: 5–15% subject to recovery of park entry fees
Safari Cost
Itineraries and pricing may be adjusted in cases of significant increases in accommodation rates, park fees, airline tariffs or extreme currency fluctuations. Necessary changes may be made to ensure optimal travel conditions and guest experience. The safari price covers:
  • Safari vehicle as per confirmed itinerary
  • Professional driver-guide
  • Meals during the safari
  • National park and reserve entrance fees
  • On-ground support throughout the safari
Accommodation
Accommodation is based on two persons sharing a twin room or tent. Single occupancy is available at an additional supplement. Where substitutions are necessary, accommodation of similar or equivalent standard will be provided and clients will be informed in advance.
Tour Alterations
Costsaver Adventures Ltd reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel a scheduled tour if circumstances require. The company also reserves the right to decline or remove any participant from a tour. A fair and reasonable refund will be issued where applicable.
Pricing
All prices are based on tariffs and operational costs prevailing at the time of quotation or publication and are subject to change without prior notice.
Liability
Costsaver Adventures Ltd acts solely as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers and shall not be held liable for injury, delays, loss or damage of any nature. Liability for passengers traveling in company-owned vehicles is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour operates. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country where the action arises. The company reserves the right to engage subcontractors for all or part of the services and shall not be responsible for loss or damage to personal luggage.
